Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp Quark
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Crossed out, cane sugar
  • 3 shots Currant
  • 1 splash Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Take the quark and to dilute the yoghurt or some milk, and mix it with the cane sugar, if you like you can also use vanilla sugar
  • According to taste with more or less lemon for the refreshment kick
  • Remove the sweet and sour currants from the mini shoots, wash them and add them. Finished! Very tasty and much healthier than packaged fruit yoghurt with modified starch and all the other additives, just right for every season, in winter for vitamins in summer as a refreshment from the heat, also great for parties or picnics, cool also great!
