Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 65 g sugar
  • 65 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 750 g quark
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pack of pudding (vanilla)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of sauce (no-cook vanilla sauce)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine flour, 65g sugar, butter, egg, and 1/2 packet of baking powder in a bowl and knead into a dough. Pour into a greased cake pan and spread evenly. Combine quark, 120g sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 packet of baking powder, vanilla pudding, vanilla sugar, and the vanilla sauce in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture onto the base of the pan. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes.
