Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 package of spice(s) (Christmas Stollen spice), 7.5 g
- 100 g cranberries
- 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp rum
- 100 g apricot(s), soft
- 125 g butter
- 50 g lard
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 200 g raisins
- 1 lemon(s), zest, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
with fruit, without candied lemon or orange peel
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead by hand until dough forms. Pour into a Stollen baking pan. Bake for one hour at 180 to 200°C. Remove the baking pan from the Stollen about 20 minutes before the end of baking.
