Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 450 g fruit, e.g. sour cherries and/or pears and/or oranges
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Variable recipe

Whisk the quark with milk until smooth, add the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla bean pulp. Wash and chop the fruit, and mix with lemon juice. Pour the quark mixture over the fruit, mixing everything together if necessary. Sprinkle the quark with chopped hazelnuts before serving.
