Yogurt – Fruit – Cup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g soft fruits, e.g. berries, sour cherries, bananas, pineapple from the can, apricots
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 450 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Variable

Sort the fruit (if not canned), wash it, remove the stems, chop it if desired, and sprinkle with sugar. Season the yogurt with lemon juice and mix it into the fruit. Divide it among glass bowls and garnish with fruit. Delicious and easy!
