Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 500 g cream cheese
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 1 cup of cream
- Sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Stir the low-fat quark and cream quark together until smooth. Drain the sour cherries, reserving the juice. Whip the cream until stiff. Add a generous splash of cherry juice to the quark and stir well. Season the quark with sugar. Fold in the cherries and cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve well chilled.
