Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 small pork schnitzels (minute schnitzels)
- 16 slices of Parma ham
- 8 slice(s) cheese, butter cheese or Gouda
- oil

It’s very quick and tastes good!
Pound the schnitzels thinly, but do not add salt or pepper. Place two slices of ham side by side, then place a schnitzel on top, and then a slice of cheese on top of the schnitzel. Roll up tightly so the ham encloses the entire surface. Secure with toothpicks or roulade pins. Lightly fry the rolls all over in a pan with a little oil. Then transfer the pan to the oven and cook for about 20 minutes at 100°C (top and bottom heat). Serve with pasta or spaetzle and a mixed salad.
