Quark dish with cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 450 g quark
  • 225 ml milk, cold
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • possibly nuts, chopped
  • possibly fruit
  • possibly sauce (vanilla or chocolate flavor)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix all other ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Fold the cream into the mixture. If you like, you can also add chopped nuts to taste. Chop fresh fruit and mix it in, or stir in frozen fruit. If you like, you can also drizzle with vanilla or chocolate sauce. This recipe is also the basis for my layered dessert.
