Quark dish with mandarins and almonds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 3 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the mandarins and let them drain well. Thoroughly mix the quark with the milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then fold in the almonds, leaving a small amount. Finally, add the mandarins, leaving a few for garnish. Decorate with the remaining mandarins and almonds.
