Black radish – blood orange – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 black radishes, grated
  • 2 orange(s) (blood oranges), filleted
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 1 handful of walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Peel and fillet the blood oranges, reserving the juice. Peel and coarsely grate the radish. Combine the fillets, juice, radish, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve with chopped nuts.
