Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark or low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp sour cherries from the jar
- 2 tbsp sour cherry juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Simple and fast
Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl and you’re done. In my opinion, it tastes best freshly mixed, but you can also store it in the fridge for up to two days without any problems. It’s super quick, and the taste reminds me a bit of the compote I used to make in elementary school. It works with any fruit from a jar or can.
