Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tbsp herbs (salad herbs), dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil with garlic or 1 clove of garlic
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If using fresh garlic, press it.
