Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g applesauce, unsweetened
- 50 g oat flakes
- 50 g semolina
- n. B. Sweetener
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
- e.g. vanilla sugar or vanilla flavoring
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
soft “cookie substitute”, low in fat and without sugar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F). The cookies will have a soft texture and are truly filling. A healthier alternative to traditional cookies, as they’re low in fat and sugar-free. Serve with a dollop of strawberry jam or apple compote.
