Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g butter (soft)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g candied lemon peel, finely diced
  • 200 g almond(s), sweet, chopped
  • 250 g raisins
  • 250 g quark
  • some bitter almond flavor (if you like)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Recipe from a good friend

Put the flour in a large bowl, then add the remaining ingredients. Knead everything well, then form the dough into a stollen. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Then, top the quark stollen with melted butter and generously dust with powdered sugar.
