Quark Streuseltaler with Mandarins

  • 125 ml Milk
  • 575 g Flour
  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 225 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Can Tangerine
  • 250 g Quark
  1. Warm up the milk. Put 300 g flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle. Crumble in the yeast, pour in the milk. Mix the yeast with a little flour from the edge and 1 tbsp sugar. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Place 75 g fat, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 egg and salt on the edge of the flour. Process everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. For the crumble dough, mix 150 g fat, 275 g flour, 80 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar in a bowl and knead to make crumble. Drain the tangerines. Mix the quark well with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs.
  3. Knead the dough, divide into 8 pieces. Roll out each piece on a floured work surface. Place the dough rolls on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Spread the quark mixture on top, cover with tangerines. Put the sprinkles on top. Bake in a preheated oven (convection oven 175 degrees) for 15-20 minutes. Let cool down. Good Appetite!
