Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of biscuits (wholemeal biscuits or wholemeal rusks)
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 300 g low-fat yogurt
  • some butter-vanilla flavoring
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • 1 persimmon(s) or mandarin oranges from the can
  • ½ mango(s)
  • Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

light dessert

Mix the low-fat quark and yogurt together until creamy and season with sweetener to taste. Dice the fruit and stir in. Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, stir well again, and season to taste. Due to the sweetness of the fruit and the later addition of the whole-grain biscuits, sweeten sparingly, as the whole-grain biscuits also contain sugar. Line the bottom of a suitable dish with the biscuits and spread the cream on top. Continue layering as you would for a tiramisu and finish with the cream. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and chill for about 1 hour before serving. With the fruits mentioned above, I think this is particularly suitable for winter, but you can also use other fruits depending on the season.
