Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g yogurt, Greek or Turkish with 10% fat
- 250 ml cream
- e.g. vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix all ingredients together and chill in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes. The result is a wonderfully creamy, refreshing ice cream.
