Quiche with Minced Meat and Broccoli

  • 300 g Minced meat (organic)
  • 6 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 smaller Broccoli
  • 1 Puff pastry roll
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 small Onion


  • Wash the broccoli florets and cook for about 3 minutes in boiling salted water
  • Finely chop the onions and sauté in a pan with a little oil until translucent, add the minced meat and fry. Dice tomatoes and add to the pan as well. Season with salt and pepper, then cook with the lid on for five minutes.
  • Roll out the puff pastry in an ovenproof baking dish. Cut off the excess dough. Spread the broccoli on top and then layer the minced meat on top.
  • For the filling, whisk the cream, eggs, milk and cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
