Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 limes
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tsp cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with fish or salad
Squeeze the limes. Pour the cream into a bowl. Add the lime juice to the cream and whisk until frothy. Add the cane sugar a spoonful at a time, seasoning frequently. Tastes great with fish or as a quick salad dressing.
