Quick applesauce and sour cream dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large jar of applesauce (710 g) or equivalent homemade
  • 200 g sour cream
  • n. B. Cookie(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ready in no time, uses up leftovers, refreshing

Mix the applesauce with the sour cream and ladle portions into glasses or bowls. Roughly chop some biscuits (I like to use Florentines) in a freezer bag and sprinkle them over the cream for a crunch.
