Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 150 g chickpeas, from the can or soft-cooked
- 100 g yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Split the avocado and scrape the flesh into a bowl with a spoon. Mash with a fork and stir in the yogurt. Stir in the chickpeas whole or puree everything. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Add a few dashes of Tabasco, if desired. Tastes great as a dip with raw vegetables or simply with (whole-grain) bread.
