Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake), homemade or purchased
  • 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 bar of chocolate (milk)
  • Chocolate sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spread the sponge cake base with jam. Peel the bananas and halve them and arrange them on the base. The night before, gently heat the chocolate and cream until the chocolate has melted. Refrigerate overnight. Whip the chocolate cream with cream stiffener until stiff and pour over the bananas. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
