Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 700 g Brussels sprouts
- 300 ml milk
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 1 n. B. salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 50 g Gouda, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Quick casserole with few ingredients, low carb
Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water for 10 minutes as usual. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Prepare a sauce with milk, egg, and Parmesan cheese. Place the Brussels sprouts in a medium or small casserole dish and fill with the sauce. Spread the ham on top, if desired, and top with cheese if desired. Bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
