Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of cream, 200 g
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- possibly grease for the tray
- 65 g butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 tbsp milk
- 200 g almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Use a cream measuring cup to measure the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the first 6 ingredients into a batter. Spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients for the topping, spread it on the pre-baked base, and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cake is golden brown.
