- 4 Pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- n. B. Oil
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pul Biber
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Turkish breakfast
Chop the peppers and grate the tomatoes. First, fry the peppers in oil until softened, then add the grated tomatoes and fry for another five minutes. Season with salt and spices. Finally, scatter the eggs over the vegetables, but do not scramble them, as they will remain whole. Simmer until the eggs set.
