Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup natural yogurt
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp applesauce
- 200 g nuts, to taste
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
- 6 tbsp chocolate sauce
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
- Jam, to taste
- Chocolate, for coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
tastes really delicious the next day
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased and floured ring tin and bake at 160°C for about 35 minutes. If necessary, test the tin for a pin. Once cooled, either sprinkle with powdered sugar or cut in half and fill with jam to taste, then cover with chocolate.
