Quick chocolate cherry banana cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, bought ready-made
  • 1 pack of chocolate coating
  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, red
  • ½ pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 5 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First melt the chocolate coating and spread it on the cake base. When the chocolate coating is almost solid again, slice the bananas and spread them on the cake base. Then drain the morello cherries and collect the juice. When the chocolate coating is completely solid, spread the cherries on the cake batter. Now thin the juice with a little water until you have about 1/2 liter of liquid. Mix the cake glaze and about 1/2 sachet of vanilla pudding powder with the sugar and a little of the liquid. Bring the rest of the liquid to a boil and add the mixed mixture, bring back to the boil briefly, wait a moment and then spread the glaze thickly on the cake base. The cake is always the first to go at our parties. The children especially love it.
