Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 150 g chocolate drops
- 75 g chocolate chips
- 250 ml milk
- 90 ml oil
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
taste divine, for 12 pieces
Reserve about half of the chocolate chips. Place them on top of the unbaked muffins. Combine all the dry ingredients, then add the milk, oil, and egg and mix well. Pour into 12 muffin cups and top with the remaining chocolate chips. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 20 minutes. They taste best served warm.
