Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 7 eggs
- 1 ½ cup(s) cocoa powder, instant
- 1 ½ cup(s) oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 300 g hazelnuts, ground
- ¾ pack of baking powder
- 2 tsp gingerbread spice
- 150 g powdered sugar
- some water
- n. B. chocolate flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chocolate sheet cake with gingerbread spice
Combine all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl. Mix well and spread the batter onto a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 175°C. Make a glaze from the sifted powdered sugar and water. After baking, spread this over the still-hot cake and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
