Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of surimi (crab sticks), or party shrimp
  • 1 can of corn
  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the crab sticks, boiled eggs, and onions. Combine all ingredients, adding more or less remoulade to taste, and mix well.
