Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of fruit of your choice (e.g. peaches, pears, etc.)
- 500 g yogurt (either plain or suitable fruit yogurt)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g cream
- Sugar to taste
- possibly gelatin (instant gelatin)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree the fruit and mix with the yogurt. Season to taste with sugar, if desired. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold the stiff peaks into the yogurt mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve (if this is too runny for your liking, you can thicken it with 1-2 tablespoons of instant gelatin). My tip: Pour the dessert into champagne glasses and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
