Quick herb dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • herbs, parsley, chives
  • some garlic granules
  • some mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the parsley and chives and mix with the sour cream (the Austrian version of Schmand) and the remaining ingredients. Chill to allow the herbs to fully infuse. I usually have the ingredients at home. So if someone unexpectedly drops by, I’ll put some snacks on the table, along with the dip and, of course, a glass of wine.
