Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture while stirring. Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan. Stir the cocoa powder into the other half until a chocolate batter forms. Pour this mixture onto the light-colored batter in the baking pan and then mix lightly with a fork. Place the baking pan in the oven at approximately 200°C (175°C fan-assisted). Bake the entire cake for approximately 50-60 minutes.
