Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- possibly salt and pepper
- 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
- possibly tomato(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fast but tasty
Season the minced meat, if desired, and spread it flat in a baking dish. Pre-cook in the oven at 225°C (425°F) for about 10 minutes. Spread the hollandaise sauce on top and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with a light salad and bread. Tip: If you like, you can top the minced meat with tomato slices after pre-cooking before basting it with the sauce. This will make it a bit juicier.
