Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • ⅛ liter mineral water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Fry in a greased pan until golden brown. They can also be filled with cream cheese, cooked ham, etc.
