Quick Potato – Almond Cookies
The perfect quick potato – almond cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Almonds
- 200 g Sugar or
- 80 g Stevia
- 150 g Potatoes
- Aroma
- Boil potatoes, peel, mash and let cool. Add all other ingredients to the cooled potato mixture and knead well.
- Gingerbread spices, cinnamon, aniseed or other flavors can be incorporated here.
- Shape the dough into small balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. The cookies still have to be “soft” because they harden afterwards! Peel and decorate as you wish. I just rolled them in cocoa powder.
