Quick Potato – Almond Cookies

The perfect quick potato – almond cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Almonds
  • 200 g Sugar or
  • 80 g Stevia
  • 150 g Potatoes
  • Aroma
  1. Boil potatoes, peel, mash and let cool. Add all other ingredients to the cooled potato mixture and knead well.
  2. Gingerbread spices, cinnamon, aniseed or other flavors can be incorporated here.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. The cookies still have to be “soft” because they harden afterwards! Peel and decorate as you wish. I just rolled them in cocoa powder.
