Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 11 bratwursts (small Nuremberg sausages)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 750 g potatoes, cooked
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Caraway seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Everyone loves it and it’s super quick

Cut the Nuremberg sausages into small pieces and fry in fat until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Meanwhile, peel the boiled potatoes and dice them. Wash the bell peppers and spring onions and cut them into strips or rings. Fry the potatoes in the remaining frying fat, add the bell peppers and spring onions. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, and caraway seeds, and return the sausages to the pan. Serve with spring quark.
