Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 sachet of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt, or herb seasoning powder

In a mixing bowl, combine the quark, yogurt, and egg with a dough hook until smooth. Gradually add the baking powder, salt, and the wholemeal spelt flour, then knead in 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 5 large rolls on the sheet. The dough will be very soft and sticky, but with wet hands, it’s easy to get it onto the sheet. The rolls will still look great. Place the sheet in a cold (!) oven (middle rack, top/bottom heat) and set the oven to 220°C. Bake for 20 minutes, until the rolls are lightly browned and fragrant.
