- 160 g Frozen raspberries
- 30 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Natural yoghurt

- Advocaat
- Mint leaf
- We were overwhelmed by the desire for a dessert ….. so see what you can put on the fast one ….. we were very satisfied with the result
- Put the raspberries in a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and yogurt and mix with a hand blender until it has the desired consistency.
- Fill the ice cream into 2 glasses and enjoy ….. we let it go particularly well and filled it with a homemade egg liqueur and decorated it with a mint leaf
