pasta sauce

Heat the butter in a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped garlic until translucent, and then add the ricotta. Heat and stir in the tomato paste. The desired consistency of the sauce is achieved by adjusting the amount of cream (soy cream is lower in fat). Bring to a boil briefly, season with salt, and then stir in the chopped or torn basil. Let it simmer for a short while and serve with pasta.
