Quick salmon balls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 package of salmon, fresh or frozen (approx. 250 g)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the salmon and mix well with the onions, egg, oats, and quark. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into dumplings and let them simmer in lightly salted water until they float to the top, then they are cooked. Serve with dill and mustard sauce.
