Quick seafood salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar seafood
  • 1 package of shrimp(s), from the fish refrigerated section
  • oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. garlic
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Drain the seafood and add the shrimp. Make a marinade with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and let the salad marinate. Ideally, overnight, but if you’re in a hurry, an hour will do. If you like, you can also add garlic and herbs.
