Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 10 sage leaves
- 1 lime(s), untreated
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the garlic and sage leaves. Briefly wash the untreated lime, squeeze the juice, and grate the zest. Knead everything with butter and salt, to taste. Refrigerate. Tastes great with grilled food, but also with fish.
