Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 g onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 bottle of sauce (sweet chili sauce)
  • 1 tbsp cheese (pizza or gratin), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Then spread it out on a baking sheet, lightly greased if necessary. Brown the minced meat with the onions, add half a bottle of sweet chili sauce, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and let it simmer slightly. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Slice the zucchini, cut the bell pepper into strips, and drain the mushrooms. Crush the garlic and sauté briefly in the pan with the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms. Alternate layers of the minced meat, vegetables, and the remaining chili sauce over the pasta, crumbling or pouring it over. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for at least 30 minutes. If it gets too crispy, turn the heat down a bit.
