Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of smoked pork
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • ½ pack of herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy pan with smoked pork and cream cheese

Cut the smoked pork slice, bell pepper, and mushrooms into strips. Slice the onion into thin rings. Lightly fry the smoked pork, then add the onion and mushrooms. Season everything with pepper and paprika (salt isn’t necessary, as the smoked pork is already salty enough), then add the bell pepper strips. Finally, add about half a package of herb cream cheese. Once it has melted, season again to taste if necessary. Serve with fresh baguette.
