Strawberry sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

so simple – so delicious

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and let them dry slightly on a paper towel. Roughly mash about 5-6 strawberries with a fork. Reserve 3-4 smaller strawberries for decoration. Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the sour cream with the lemon juice and sugar, then stir in the strawberry puree and strawberry pieces. Spoon the cream into prepared dessert bowls, top with the decorative strawberries, and drizzle with a little honey.
