Quick & Tasty Pasta and Ham Pan

- 250 g Pasta penne
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 1 kl. Diced onion
- 1 kl. Chopped garlic
- 100 ml Vegetable broth strong
- 50 ml White wine dry
- 120 g Grated Gruyère
- Sea salt from the mill
- Black pepper from the mill
- Boil the pasta in salted water, preferably a bit more firm than usual. And drain and keep warm.
- Lightly fry the onion, garlic and ham in a large pan with oil, then deglaze with white wine and reduce a little. Then deglaze with vegetable stock and reduce again. Add the pasta and cook a little until there is almost no liquid left. Then add the cheese, put the lid on the pan and wait until it has melted, season with salt & pepper. A mixed salad tastes great with it.
