Sauce for spaghetti and other pasta without cooking

Clean and quarter the tomatoes. Put the tomatoes, garlic, ketchup, oil, basil, stock granules and sugar into a blender. Alternatively, use a hand blender. Puree everything together until finely chopped and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crispy. Deglaze with the tomato puree and reduce briefly to the desired consistency (let it boil down). You can save yourself the trouble of reducing the sauce by only adding enough tomato puree to the minced meat when deglazeing until the sauce has the desired consistency. Note: Because tomatoes often have a varying liquid content, it is not possible to give an exact amount of tomato puree.
