Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cans of tuna in its own juice
- 500 g spirals
- 1 jar capers (medium jar)
- e.g. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly olives, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with capers
Drain the tuna and heat olive oil in a large pan. Add the tuna to the pan and chop well. Sear it vigorously and continue to sear over low heat, adding the capers and stirring frequently. Add a little olive oil every now and then to prevent the tuna from becoming too dry. If you like, you can also add salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente and drain. Mix it immediately with the tuna mixture. Tastes best when it has cooled slightly! As a variation, you can also add black olives along with the capers when preparing the tuna.
