Quick Vanilla Gugelhupf

The perfect quick vanilla gugelhupf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cups Natural yoghurt
  • 6 cups Flour, by the way, yogurt cups as a unit of measure
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 1 cups Cooking oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 P. Baking powder
  • 4 P. Vanillin
  • 1 Splash Lemon aroma, if you like, or chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Put everything in a bowl and stir until homogeneous. Grease the Gugelhupfform, add the dough and smooth it out, bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  2. To decorate, either sprinkle pure powdered sugar over it or mix a topping with lemon aroma, for children also decorate with gummy bears on top of the topping 🙂
