Quick Vanilla Gugelhupf
The perfect quick vanilla gugelhupf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 cups Natural yoghurt
- 6 cups Flour, by the way, yogurt cups as a unit of measure
- 4 cups Sugar
- 1 cups Cooking oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 P. Baking powder
- 4 P. Vanillin
- 1 Splash Lemon aroma, if you like, or chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
- Put everything in a bowl and stir until homogeneous. Grease the Gugelhupfform, add the dough and smooth it out, bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- To decorate, either sprinkle pure powdered sugar over it or mix a topping with lemon aroma, for children also decorate with gummy bears on top of the topping 🙂
